The Company operates the equestrian property known as Capistrano Ranch. The property is a premier private training facility with private ranchettes available for lease to a limited number of world-class trainers. Tenants have access to Olympic quality five-star training facilities, a private clubhouse, and other amenities.

The facility is located on a plateau overlooking Capistrano Valley and Saddleback Mountain. The grounds consist of approximately sixty acres and include seven private barns, a private clubhouse, 5-star level training facilities, a large private park, and riding trails.

We utilized super-premium quality construction in a Mediterranean hillside village style consistent with the Spanish colonial and equestrian history of San Juan Capistrano.

Each of the seven trainers has a private barn which is customized for their needs.

The semi-private equestrian facilities include large arenas, extra trailer parking, and open space that are shared only with the trainers onsite and specially booked private events.

Owners, trainers and their clients have membership in the private clubhouse facilities.
